The basis of Seconts is a reliable MySQL database, with an extensive rights structure based on roles. Fully compatible with all current Windows platforms.
SECONTS CLIENT
Efficiency, speed and user-friendliness are paramount in the user interface. The screen setting is individually and/or role-specific adjustable for optimal functional use.
SECONTS FEP
The Seconts front-end processor (FEP) ensures, among other things, that all incoming signals are registered and processed uniformly, without losing their original format.
SECONTS SYNC
The Seconts Sync module ensures full redundancy and reliability. Enables flexible working from two or more real-time synchronized locations.
SECONTS TENANT
The Tenant module allows control rooms to provide part of their control room architecture to satellites or to offer it as a service to third parties.
SECONTS CONN
Seconts Conn provides the connection to the telephone system for all incoming and outgoing call traffic. Flawlessly functioning and fully integrated with the Core and Client.
ADD-ON MODULES
SECONTS SMS
Reports in Seconts can be communicated automatically via SMS notifications. Automated escalation is possible in the event no action is taken.
SECONTS PUSH
The Push module ensures that mobile phone reports are automatically displayed as push messages. A powerful tool when combined with the Seconts App.
SECONTS APP
The Seconts alarm App can be personalised and offers end users functionalities for alarms, (push) notifications, handling, management of data/ settings and historical insight.
SECONTS MAPS
Seconts maps displays messages on a map. The pictograms and colours indicate the nature of the message on the map.
SECONTS VIDEO
Module to present video images live and interactively in the event of an alarm. All actions are logged to a legally valid file. Can be linked to floor plans.
SECONTS REPORTER
The Reporter module makes it easy to provide automated reports. Completely customizable in terms of target group, content, frequency, form and shipping method.
SECONTS GATEWAY
