Seconts Conn

For telephony, many monitoring centres have their own Private Automatic Branch eXchange (PABX/PBX). This is actually a large computer that needs to be integrated in order to take full advantage of all the functionalities of the Seconts monitoring center software.

The Conn module ensures that Seconts Core and Client are linked to the telephone exchange, enabling the control room to make calls. If this works, all successful and unsuccessful call contacts and actions of the operators are recorded. In combination with the time registration, this is reliable information for which the control room can be held accountable.

Customer information always available

Thanks to the Conn module of the Seconts system, operators have automated access to all customer information. Outcalling to customers is easy: this is done automatically by clicking on the call button in Client. When incalling, the name and information of the caller appears automatically on the screen, allowing for a quick processing of the call.
