The Seconts (multi-)Tenant module enables working at more locations and with more control rooms. This is a form of ‘Private cloud/SaaS’, where users can access their protected data and certain functionalities via the software.
For example, as a large alarm centre (RAC/PAC) you could grant the control rooms of specific security companies (BACs) rights to use functionalities and components of the central system.
Seconts Tenant is also the tool for companies that have area-specific control rooms to distribute incoming calls and to allow the control rooms to work together flexibly.

Customer information is available ONLY to the owner of the data: this applies both to the owner of the system and to the specific user(s) and groups of users of the system.
