Reliable apps for alarms and installers

The Seconts Alarm App opens up a world of functional possibilities for end users. They are always up to date and in control. A number of relatively simple things and actions can be managed directly. End users feel optimally supported with the app, a real win-win for control rooms.

When using the Seconts App, control rooms have more time to do the work for which they have the specialists and expertise in-house. Control by means of an app is a perfect fit for this day and age. Who doesn’t want to be in control and be less dependent on others? Seconts offers the possibility to combine the use of the app in case of escalation with alternative contact methods such as Push, SMS, voice messages, e-mail and calls from the control room.

Receiving Push Notifications

* In order to be able to display the location data in the control room, Seconts Client version 1.24 must be active and have access to OpenStreetMap.

Automatic notifications and follow-up

By linking Secont at the control room with Seconts Push, messages can be automatically followed up with push notifications.

Based on parameters in Seconts, push notifications can be sent to one or more warning addresses. If desired or necessary, the next party has to log out using the App. In that case, the follow-up procedure of Seconts stops. If the unsubscription is not received within a certain period of time, the notification may be submitted via another notification media such as SMS, Voice or Mail. Eventually, the alarm can be escalated as a notification on the notification screen in Seconts.

INSTALLER'S APP:

‘Self-service’ for specialists

The Seconts Installer’s App is available especially for installers and security companies. This app offers various functionalities that make the installer’s work easier.

The installer has ‘self-service’, which allows him to do and test many things himself at the location. This offers flexibility in doing his job and ensures that there’s less contact with the control room. The app also includes all the regular functions the general Seconts Alarm App has.

Installer’s App Possibilities:

The installer has the possibility to search for a location.
He can do this on the basis of name and address details or by customer number.
The installer can search in the customer series linked to his account.
As long as the location is not yet operational (active) logged off by the control room, the installer may:
1. adjust the location data.
2. change the contact person data of the customer location.
The installer has access to a running test mode via the app.
This means that the installer can independently check whether all possible messages are correctly received by the PAC. The running test is only available when a location is under maintenance. The app displays only the messages received during the maintenance period.
The installer can place a location in maintenance.
This function is only available when the system is completely switched off.
The installer is notified by a push message when the system is out of service. This push message will be sent 10 minutes before the end of the maintenance period (adjustable period).
The installer is able to independently carry out a delivery test to check whether the location can be delivered operationally. After the correct completion of the delivery test, the installer can use the app to request a request for activation from the control room.
It is possible for installers to include a partner account in the list of specific locations. After logging in, this partner will only have access to assigned locations.
