Seconts Client is the tool with which the alarm center works continuously. The control room operators perform all the necessary tasks and actions from the user interface. The Seconts interface can be shown over several screens and can be individually adjusted.
The Seconts Client application provides a complete overview of the status of managed locations, the actions to be followed up and the efficient management of the follow-up in real time. All actions are logged in the central Seconts Core database. Through an audit trail, all actions and changes per centralist/administration can be retrieved as a report.
The layout of the user windows can be set up centrally based on a blueprint. It is also possible to have the dispatchers set up the screen themselves and to save the preferences in their personal profile. For ease of use, it is also possible to work with several screens simultaneously.
