Calling Automation

Calling is a fast and easy way of communicating. A spoken message arrives immediately and helps to inform or incite action. With the Seconts Voice module, it is possible to automate reports and actions via text notifications.

The workload and response time of the operators are important indicators in the handling of calls. Possibilities to automate relatively simple tasks are valuable to support the control room. The Seconts Voice module provides this functionality and supports various standard tasks.

Applications

The module is available in various versions, including applications for:

1. INCOMING CALLS

This application allows end users to make calls and to execute orders over the phone in the system.
Examples of this are adjusting block times, reporting overtime and checking alarm notifications.

2. OUTGOING CALLS

Seconts Voice takes over a number of tasks from the switchboard operator. Specified tasks with a low priority are handled completely independently by the system.
In the event of these messages, the system will contact the warning address autonomously. The system provides a text message, with options to automatically handle the call without the intervention of the operator. This saves the control room valuable working hours that can be used for tasks with a higher priority.

Sample setup with Seconts Voice:

Seconts Voice calls the responsible contact person independently in the event of a specific report.
The Voice-operator plays a voice message.
For desired feedback or action, the contact person must enter a unique PIN code, followed by a fence (e.g. to be able to listen to your voicemail).
Seconts receives confirmation that the correct contact person has been informed and automatically handles the report in the system.
If messages do not arrive or the desired response is not forthcoming, it is possible to set up automatic escalation routes based on flexibly configurable parameters.
All measures, actions and timelines are stored in the system and can be viewed and consulted as historical archives.
