As of 1 September 2019, Seconts will be the new name for SCS, the ASB software concept for full control room automation. The name change is part of a transition to increase awareness of the product and introduce new innovative services.
Software for control room automation is used in the Netherlands by private emergency centers (PACs), company emergency centers (BACs) and regional emergency centers (RACs). “Using the Seconts software, control rooms can offer services that are fully automated,” Managing Director Ron Heij says. “The new name is easy to remember and emphasizes the importance of ‘speed’ in alarm notification. Our clients can be confident that alerts will always be passed on as quickly as possible. Control room operators are excited about the ease of use of our rapid alerting software.”
EXPANDING SERVICES TO THE CLOUD
Seconts’ new name, logo and look better explain what the former SCS services stand for. A new website has also been developed for this very purpose, with a modular and clear overview of the services provided. “Nothing will change for our existing clients; the agreements and contracts we have will remain in force. It is nice for them to know that Seconts is now fully available as a cloud based service. Naturally, clients will get the same level of service they are accustomed to from us: custom-made availability and without making any concessions when it comes to security!”
Clients will be personally informed by their contacts about the new name and possibilities of Seconts in the near future. Would you like to know more about the possibilities and see how the software works during a demo? Contact us for a demonstration and more information on +31 40 262 23 22.
