We have to store these data another ten years in favour of the tax authorities when the licensee is no longer a business partner of ASB Security BV.

After that the data is kept save in the archive destined for historical and statistical data. ASB Security BV destroys the data if it’s no longer necessary for the purpose of the archive.

ASB Security BV doesn’t sell your data to third parties and provides the data only when needed to carry out our agreement with you or to comply with a statutory obligation. The companies that process your data in order of our assignment have to sign a processing agreement with us to make sure your personal data is save and remains confidential. ASB Security BV stays responsible for these processing’s.
